New F-150 for Sale in Pinconning and Michigan

The Flagship Ford F-150 at Burt Watson Auto Group

The Ford F-150 has stood head and shoulders over its competition for over half a century. The new F-150 at Burt Watson Auto Group in Freeland features ruggedly handsome looks, multiple powerful engine options, and a wealth of configurations to suit every driver's needs. Ford, always the innovator, is now offering hybrid powertrains among those options so that fuel efficiency can be added to the positive qualities of the F-150.

One of the most prevalent reasons drivers choose Ford is the multiple trim options available.

The XL is the "base" trim, and it's everything one could need in a truck. Drivers may configure the F-150 as a regular cab, but there are options for the Super Cab and the SuperCrew Cab. Three bed lengths are available for drivers, ranging from a 5.5 ft bed (short) to an 8-foot-long bed. The medium-length bed is a 6.5-foot bed. Drivers should note that when choosing the regular cab, they can opt between the 6.5-foot bed and the 8-foot bed.

The basic features of the XL trim include power windows and locks, keyless entry, a locking tailgate (with lift assist), and heated side mirrors. The XL (as well as all trims) will include the Ford CoPilot Safety system, which offers lane-keeping assist, lane departure warnings, forward collision warnings and automated braking for emergencies, and rear cross-traffic alerts. Automated headlamps are now a part of the standard safety features of the Ford F-150.

Drivers may add the Rattler package to the XL for enhanced off-road capability.

The XLT is the second available trim level. The XLT offers everything the XL does but upgrades to a few luxuries. These upgrades include chrome bumpers, seventeen-inch wheels, a twelve-inch infotainment touchscreen, heated front seats, and dual-zone climate control.

Options for the XLT include Intelligent Access keyless entry and push-button start, a 360-degree camera to enhance blind spot monitoring, and an onboard generator capable of powering up to 400 watts.

There is a remote tailgate release available as well.

The Lariat is a mid-level trim. It offers everything you appreciate about the XLT and more. The Lariat, however, is available only with a SuperCrew Cab configuration; drivers may opt for the short bed (5.5 ft) or the regular bed (6.5 ft).

LED headlamps and fog lamps are standard features of the Lariat trim, and so are eighteen-inch chrome wheels. A twelve-inch infotainment system is also optional.

The higher trim levels are the King Ranch, the Platinum, and the Limited. These trims offer just about every feature drivers dream of, and they offer more engine options as well. They will offer the upgraded Ford CoPilot360 safety system, adding the adaptive cruise control feature.

The higher trims will offer leather seats, with the King Ranch offering a choice of leather upholstery and the King Ranch logo embossed across the cab.

The Platinum offers everything in the King Ranch trim (except the logo), but chrome is the most prominent feature of this trim. The Limited, however, has every feature imaginable, including an upgraded stereo system and a larger infotainment touchscreen.

The Ford F-150 offers multiple engine options, including:

  • 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6
  • 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6
  • 3.5-liter PowerBoost hybrid V6
  • 5.0-liter V8

The Ford F-150 may be had at any trim level as a two-wheel or four-wheel drive-perfect for Saginaw and Bay City drivers. Two-wheel F-150 trucks will offer selectable drive modes for added capability. Starting at the Lariat, drivers may upgrade to the Ford CoPilot360 2.0 safety system, which allows for upgraded safety features.
