Job Description: Automotive Detailer

Reports to: Service Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 7:30 am-7:00 pm- Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am-6:00 pm Friday, and 8:00 am-3:00 pm Saturday. Position is scheduled 40-48 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate

Scope of departmental work: prepare vehicles for sale

Compensation: $14.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

· Ensure customer satisfaction by meticulously cleaning vehicle interiors

· Utilize chemical based cleaners to remove stains on interior

· Utilize power washing equipment for exterior cleaning of vehicle

· Clay bar vehicles to remove imperfections on paint

· Operate buffing wheel and utilizing polishing compound

· Apply ceramic coating to exterior of vehicles, proper training provided

· Treat interior of vehicles with stain repellent

Job Description: Automotive Technician

Reports to: Service Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm- Monday-Friday, and 8:00 am-noon rotational Saturday's. Position is scheduled 40-45 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate

Scope of departmental work: Vehicle maintenance & repair

Compensation: $18-$35 per hour, with a very competitive bonus plan

Responsibilities:

· Vehicle Diagnostic utilizing test drives, diagnostic equipment, and various special service tools

· Communicating with service advisors to provide estimates for repairs or additional services needed

· Basic computer skills needed to story out vehicle repairs and run diagnostic equipment

· Accurately complete repairs on cars and light duty trucks

· Complete Ford warranty repairs in accordance with Ford standards

· Complete vehicle inspections on each vehicle to ensure all problems are identified

· Stay current with State of Michigan or ASE certifications

Job Description: Automotive Lot Photographer

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:30 am-6:00 pm- Monday-Friday. Saturday hours are 8:30 am-3:00 pm. Position is scheduled 25-30 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate

Scope of departmental work: Ensures that all available new and used inventory is photographed and uploaded to showcase inventory

Compensation: $15 per hour

Responsibilities:

· Photograph vehicles on dealership lot using company provided equipment

· Driving vehicles to staged area, taking photos of the interior and the exterior, and returning vehicle to proper location on lot

· Collect and capture vehicle information such as options, mileage, and color

· Capture 360- degree spins of vehicles as needed

· Upload photos to showcase vehicle inventory

Job Description: Automotive Sales Professional

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:30 am-6:00 pm- Monday-Friday, Saturday hours are 8:00 am-1:00 pm with schedule being every other Saturday. Position is scheduled 42-50 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate.

Scope of departmental work: Automotive sales and leasing

Compensation: $40,000 to $150,000 annually, commiserate with experience. We offer a very competitive base pay with commission scale.

Responsibilities:

· Build lasting relationships with new and existing guests to create customers for life

· Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of vehicles to guests

· Assist guests through the automotive buying and leasing process

· Work closely with sales managers to calculate and quote pricing given accurate information

· Correctly gather information for the finance department including credit applications

· Perform follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and referrals

· Build and maintain excellent working relationships with sales staff, office staff, and managers

· Other duties as assigned
