Job Description: Automotive Sales Professional

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:30 am-7:00 pm- Monday-Friday, and 9:00 am-3:00 pm Saturday. Position is scheduled 40-48 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate

Scope of departmental work: Automotive sales and leasing, pre-owned vehicle purchasing

Compensation: $40,000 to $150,000 annually, commiserate with experience. We offer a very competitive base pay with commission scale.

Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing guests to create customers for life
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding vehicle sales and purchases.
• Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of vehicles to guests
• Assist guests through the automotive buying and leasing process
• Work closely with sales managers to calculate and quote pricing given accurate information
• Correctly gather information for the finance department including credit applications
• Perform follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and referrals
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with sales staff, office staff, and managers
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain valid driver license

Scope of departmental work: prepare vehicles for sale

Compensation: $14-15 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by meticulously cleaning vehicle interiors
• Utilize chemical based cleaners to remove stains on interior
• Utilize power washing equipment for exterior cleaning of vehicle
• Clay bar vehicles to remove imperfections on paint
• Apply ceramic coating to exterior of vehicles, proper training provided
• Treat interior of vehicles with stain repellent
• Fuel vehicles

Job Description:         Facilities / Janitorial Technician

Reports to:                     Human Resources

Job Classification:    Full Time

Work Schedule:         Dealership Hours are 7:30 am-5:30 pm- Monday-Friday, and 8:00 am-noon on Saturday.  Position is scheduled 40 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate

Compensation:   $15-19 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

·         Dispose of trash and recycling throughout the facility

·         Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in showrooms, offices, service areas, and common spaces

·         Clean break rooms and meeting rooms

·         Dust, wipe down, and sanitize surfaces as needed

·         Clean interior windows and glass doors

·         Perform continuous cleaning throughout the day to maintain a neat and professional appearance

·         Assist with light maintenance tasks (such as changing light bulbs, painting, or setup/cleanup for meetings or events)

Job Description: Automotive Body Shop Estimator

Reports to: Body Shop Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm- Monday-Friday. Position is scheduled 40-45 hours per week based on dealership volume and needs.

Scope of departmental work: Assess damage to customer vehicles to create estimates for insurance companies and consumers. Correspondence with insurance representatives to ensure claim is handled properly.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

· Thoroughly inspect vehicles to determine extent of damage and need for repairs

· Photograph vehicle accurately to support estimate for insurance purposes

· Collaborate with insurance adjuster on correct repair procedures and ensure that vehicle is returned to pre accident condition

· Review supplements from technicians, accurately document need for supplement, and get timely approval from insurance company

· Negotiate on behalf of Burt Watson and the customer with insurance companies for accurate repair times and proper repair procedures

· Coordinating repair process with technicians

· Maintain high level of customer service throughout the repair process

· Update customer on the status of vehicle daily through customer's preferred communication method

· Perform final quality control check on vehicle after repairs are completed

· Follow up with insurance company on all payments for repairs

· Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers and vendors

Requirements:

· 1+ years collision writing experience

· Experience with CCC estimating software (or other estimating software) required

· Have positive, upbeat attitude

· Able to work as part of a team

· Able to communicate effectively with customers and insurance adjusters

Scope of departmental work: Ensures that all available new and used inventory is photographed and uploaded to showcase inventory

Compensation: $15 per hour

Responsibilities:

· Photograph vehicles on dealership lot using company provided equipment

· Driving vehicles to staged area, taking photos of the interior and the exterior, and returning vehicle to proper location on lot

· Collect and capture vehicle information such as options, mileage, and color

· Capture 360- degree spins of vehicles as needed

· Upload photos to showcase vehicle inventory
