Yes, We Are Open During the "Stay Home, Stay Safe" Executive Order in response to COVID-19. We are Here for 1st Responders, Essential Businesses, and People. Thank You All.

Why are we open? Transportation is a necessity.  Vehicles need to be in good working order to allow citizens, healthcare workers, other essential business employees and First Responders access to food, supplies and medical treatment. In the event of an accident where the vehicle is deemed unrepairable, a replacement vehicle is a necessity as well. The Governor has deemed "Automotive Supply & Repair" an essential business to meet this need.

Special operating hours apply to both Sales and Service.

We are prepared to deliver a great buying and service experience while maintaining a clean and safe facility for our staff and customers. This is done primarily through "Social Distancing", in our service lane and remote buying on our website.

Below are the "Best Practices" Burt Watson is taking to keep our staff and customer's safe:

  • Steering wheel covers, shifter covers, and seat covers used during service work
  • Sanitizing customer keys and common vehicle touch points
  • All staff members are washing hands frequently or using hand sanitizer when soap and water is unavailable
  • Service Technicians wear gloves when working on your vehicle
  • Common touchpoints, including phones, and workspaces sanitized at least every 2 hours
  • Service Loaner and Rental vehicles are sanitized between customers
  • Meetings and co-worker outings prohibited
  • Magazines and public materials removed from common areas
  • Children's play area toys removed
  • Hand sanitizer and hand wash stations located throughout dealership for customer and employee use
  • 24-hour vehicle test drives are being done without sales staff accompaniment

Social precautions are also in place:

  • Practice social distancing, staying 6 ft apart, in areas where able
  • Reduced capacity in customer waiting areas
  • Refrain from touching face with hands
  • Cough or sneeze into elbow

Burt Watson's New "Fast Track" Service is available for Sales.

 

Sales Department Concierge:

  • Browse online, contact us for an at home test drive
  • We bring the vehicle to you
  • Paperwork can be completed online or over the phone to complete the purchase
  • Vehicle disinfected prior to delivery.
